Pilates is a 100-year-old body management method developed by Joseph Pilates that teaches the correct use of the body. In particular, Pilates strengthens the spine and postural muscles, and stablizes the position of the pelvis, chest and shoulders. The core of your body, the abdominal muscle corset, increases in strength while at the same time relieving tension and pain in the lower back and neck and shoulder area. It is suitable for everybody!
You will learn the basics of the method on the Pilates basic courses and can then move on to weekly lessons.
