Microsurgical or other neurosurgical treatment can often cure the disease altogether so that the patients recover without any significant deficits and can return to their normal life.

I enjoy moments of success in my work when my patients get better and can go back to their former lives. It is wonderful to know that successful treatments give people a new lease on life.
