It is important to be able to provide the patient with the right diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation plan. Even the smallest advances in the treatment and rehabilitation of rare neurological disorders may be very significant to the patient.
When I was young, I ended up in neurology by coincidence. After that I have not even considered changing the field because I have enjoyed neurology so much, as well as exploring the diagnostics of rare diseases, in which constantly renewing methods help solve problems.
