MD, Specialist
Plastic surgery
The most important thing in my work for me is the comprehensive opportunity to help. In acute care, we can prevent severe disability, and later on we can improve patients’ quality of life with different methods of rehabilitation and treatment and help them get a new lease of life.
Plastic surgery is like academic craftmanship. For example, in the surgical treatment of breast cancer, I can work with things that interest me, such as design and needlework. In patient care, my priority is to give patients good, medically justified treatment and to make them feel like they have been helped.
