Sami Raatikainen

I find it most important in my work to be able to use my know-how to help improve the quality of life of patients with urological diseases.

Even as I was studying, I knew I wanted to work in the operational field and decided to specialize in surgery. I chose urology, and I focus on urolithiasis and endoscopies of the upper urinary tract in particular. I especially like the fact that I can use modern, minimally invasive techniques to help the patients.
